Baltimore's Bennett's Curse

If you are looking for a frightening place to go with friends this October, Baltimore offers one of the country's scariest sights. Bennett's Curse is located in Arundel Hills, Maryland, it features a haunted house, hayride, and corn maze. Located only twenty five minutes from Loyola's campus, Bennett's Curse is the place to go if you want to get into the Halloween spirit.

Bennett's curse features frightening events such as Castle Bennett, one of the scariest haunted houses on the east coast as well as House of Vampires, Sanctuary of Insanity, and Dominion of Darkness. All of these events are sure to give you the scare of a lifetime. Trained actors work hard to make sure they give you a fright you won't forget. Brian a resident of Baltimore said, "It is the scariest, most random event in Baltimore. It definitely beats all of Pennsylvania. Be sure to go with your close friends because it can get very uncomfortable." People of all ages come to Bennett's whether they want to be scared or just enjoy the Halloween season. 

Bennett's is open Thursday through Sunday every week in October and the last weekend of September. It opens at 7pm and you may arrive until 11pm. The lines tend to get really long so if you don't like to wait be sure you come early, especially as it gets closer to Halloween. If you really hate lines, Bennett's offers a speed pass so that you can bypass the lines and have immediate access to all of Bennett's main attractions.

Tickets range from twenty to thirty dollars depending on how many attractions you want to see. According to Baltimore locals, it is definitely worth every penny. So if you want a scare head over to Bennett's this Halloween season, Halloween is quickly approaching!
