For years, there have been rumors that Apple was developing a tablet, and on January 27^th, the revolutionary iPad was finally released. I had high expectations for the iPad, and as usual Apple did not let me down.While some people are referring to the iPad as simply a giant iPhone, it is really more of a mix between a MacBook and an iPhone. Apple proclaims that the iPad is the best way to experience the web, email, photos, and video—all with the incredibly user-friendly multi-touch screen. The features and technology of the iPad are extremely impressive, but what might be most surprising about the iPad is the price. Although Apple is known for their relatively high prices, the iPad will be available starting at only $499. With this surprisingly low price, the iPad will be much more accessible than other Apple computers. The highly anticipated iPad will be available in late March.
