Staff Positions:
1. Assistant Editor: Reviews all submissions and works closely with the Editor to select submissions for publication. Develops theme for the magazine and contributes to layout order. Reviews content and layout of the magazine at all stages. Also responsible for distribution at the end of the year.
2 Copy-Editors: Attends copy-editing workshops and copy-edits all submissions for the magazine. Reviews content of the magazine all at stages for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and incorrect or missing content. Also responsible for distribution at the end of the year.
3. Production Manager: Responsible for publicity (posters urging students to submit, department-wide emails, advertisements in the Greyhound and Newshound, etc.). Also responsible for distribution at the end of the year. Production manager would work to publicize both the Garland and the Forum.
4. Designer: Responsible for designing the covers and formatting the magazine. Must be familiar with In-Design and comfortable with formatting text and photography.
